Waiting for Mr/Mrs Right
Ok.... I have to first admit that im not a girl.. I just thought I would come in here and tell all you girls that are looking to lose your virginity....Dont just do it to lose it.. I am 18 and still a virgin and I am very happy. I've had 1 gf and we were together for 6 years and we never did it... She broke up with me the other day because I wanted to wait till marriage.. Truth is ive read some of your posts and im disgusted at the fack that 14 and 15 year olds wanna have sex... Sex is a beautiful thing between two people who are truly in love. I cant believe that some of you want to do it now because you dont think that you ever find the right one... Well im here to tell you that your wrong. You will find someone...and to those of you who think that all guys are assholes and just want sex... your wrong too... There is no reason to believe that ALL guys are assholes.. Im not an asshole.. If I was then why am i here trying to help you... And If we all want sex why am I telling you that im a virgin and dont even know you.... So all you girls out there who want to do it just do to it...Get a Life..... P.S. If there are any girls on here around the age of 18-22 who are looking for a meaningful relationship you can email me @ sickpoet05@gmail.com. Speaking of meaningful relationships: you dont have to have sex to have one..... Well thats all I have to say.. Please take this advice to heart and save yourself...In the end it's totally worth it.

I knew there are still guys that are virgins left in the world :)
I'm glad that you're a virgin, and so am I. I'm a girl and 19. I'm waiting till marriage because I think it would be best for me.

View of Love
If someone truly believes that there is one person out there that they want to spend the rest of their life with, why would they lose their virginity to just anyone?
Why should only your first love have the opportunity to not have to face the jealousy associated with past partners? If you believe in true love, then you should also believe that a special once in a lifetime moment should only be shared with your true love.
What if your true love has been waiting and you haven't? What if you lose them because they feel that waiting is a sign of faith in them beyond all others? There are too many risks associated with losing your virginity too early to look past.
There are people out there who prefer to wait and not let lust influence their future decisions, you just have to have faith in that.
The decision unfairly affects women more than men due to the fact that their bodies can undergo a painful physical change which will stay with them forever.
For everyone who says that love matters most, this is true also. But there are two sides to every relationship, an emotional and a physical side. There is no concrete symbol of what represents giving someone your entire emotional state, while sex is the symbol of giving oneself entirely physically. What makes sex special with someone if you've already experienced all the wonders it holds with a previous partner?
In the end it's up to the individual to decide what definition of love they choose to follow. Does it matter if they believed in someone in the past as much as they believe in their present partner? Or should the present and future be the only indicators? And if the present and future are the only indicators, why do so many people frown upon promiscuous women who have "changed".
Personally, I wouldn't accept someone who's had a very promiscous past. I don't want to be the person they settle for once their partying lives can no longer continue. I want to be the person they were searching for all of their lives. But that is just me.
